THE PROCEDURE
This is the procedure if you are interested in using our services.

Give us a call on 07540 22 33 50 and we will take some details from you or you can email us here.

We will then email you our information pack which you must fill in and Email or Fax back to us.

Once we have received the information back and the quotation has been agreed, we will ask for 10% Deposit to be wired to our bank account.

On the evening of the event before filming commences, the balance must be paid in full.

Within 7 days from the date of event, we will have some edits for you to look at and decide on any changes that need to be made.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The filming time of your package is continuous and cannot be split. For example 4 hours filming could be 11pm until 3am.

Turn around time is 7 days standard, unless you have paid for express editing which is then 24 hours.

A secure room must available for the camera crew to store all their equipment on site and must be easily accessible throughout the night, so as to access chargers etc.

All footage taken at the event will remain the Copyright of Indalo Digital and is fully licensed for your own publicity purposes.

Should you need a specific event filmed that is not in your time bracket, then a surcharge will apply.

Professional interviews generally account for about half an hour of filming time, so bear this in mind when making your booking.

Information should be displayed around the venue informing people that filming is taking place and should cover any legalities involved.

Indalo Digital has the right to use any footage taken for its own promotional use.

Nightclub Video will have a short credit at the end of the video. This can be removed, but is subject to a 40% surcharge.

The short credit at the end of the video must remain in tact and cannot be changed or removed with prior permission from Indalo Digital.

Travel and Accommodation fees will apply in some cases, but will be agreed for in advance, and stated in the contract.
